ABOUT PICK UP SERVICE

  • Shanghai Disneyland will be temporarily closed from 21 March 2022 until further notice 🙁 All Shanghai Disneyland pick up service will be suspended.
  • Hong Kong Disneyland Park is temporarily closed until Apr 20, 2022.
  • Tokyo Disneyland / Tokyo Disney Sea pick up service is available. However, logistic between Tokyo and Hong Kong is delayed during pandemic period. TDR merch will needs longer time to be shipped. Please be patient and wait for its arrival. 
  • Universal Studio Japan pick up service is available.
  • China Starbucks pick up service will be affected by the delayed logistic between China and Hong Kong. 
  • Hong Kong / Japan Starbucks pick up service is available.

ABOUT SHIPPING ARRANGEMENT

  • For United States❌ All airmail postal services (including Speedpost service). Only two options available: (1) by surface mail (sea, 2-3 months or longer) (2) by courier (from $50up, 2-3 weeks). If you would like to choose to ship by courier, please feel free to contact us. Otherwise all parcels will be shipped by surface mail until normal air mail service resumed. 
  • FAQ for US Shipment - 

  • Why I cannot see my parcel by the tracking number? Ans: for surface mail, it is normal that the tracking number only shown on Hong Kong Post (https://webapp.hongkongpost.hk/en/mail_tracking/index.html). It will appear in USPS system when it arrived the US after 2-3 months. So if you see your parcel is on Hong Kong Post system, you do not need to worry.
  • How can I know if my parcel has been board on ship already? Ans: If the tracking page shown "left for destination", which means your parcel has been boarded on ship and left Hong Kong.
  • How long does it takes from "posted" to "left for destination"? Ans: Based on our previous experience, it takes about 1 month or slightly longer. It is VERY NORMAL if your parcel move slow, or not moving at all for month. 
  • How do I know if my parcel has been lost? Ans: If you do not see "left for destination" status for over 2 months, please contact us. 
  • What should I do if I want to ship by courier? Ans: Please contact us and we will give you a quotation on the additional shipping fee.
  • When will normal air mail service be resumed? Ans: We do not know when will normal air mail service be resumed unfortunately :( but if it does resumed, we will ship everything using air mail service and will not ship by surface mail.
